week #3, 2025
Hi, I'm Ashton Hall, and I want to talk about what has happened up to in 3rd week of Jan 2025.
Building Bridges and Expanding Horizons
Day 1
I just launched a new coaching program for people that want a bit of structure in their fitness journeys.
Day 2
Getting into the content creation part I focused on making instructional videos that explained common fitness myths and suggested sustainable practices.
Day 3
Because a podcast invitation forced me to tell my story in detail — what was tough, what was rewarding, and what I learned along the way.
Day 4
It's still about getting to know the community. I went online and ran a virtual workout, and somehow you got together.
Day 5
At the core of this was personal development, I attended workshops to learn more about coaching and also broaden my knowledge base.
Day 6
With the feedback I heard from clients, I altered my programs so they were adapted to suit different needs and goals.
Day 7
As the week ended I could conclude it with a moment of solitude admiring the adventure and the evolution it leaves me with.
