Week #2, 2025

Hello, my name is Ashton Hall, and this is 2nd week of this month and I gonna share my activity during the week what i have done during the week.

Week 2: Viral Waves and New Challenges

Day 1

It surprised me when that morning routine video got so much likes, they got over 500 million; ) The reaction was both moving and inspiring.

Day 2

At this point I started having conversations with media outlets and got to talk about the philosophy behind my routines and how important it is to have mental resilience.

Day 3

It is with that in mind I made sure that my one-on-one coaching sessions continued to go on regardless of the rush.

Day 4

I was seeing more collaborations coming up. Reaching out to brands that aligned with my values and looking to do partnerships.

Day 5

A feature in a prominent publication highlighted my journey from aspiring NFL player to fitness influencer. It was a moment of reflection on how far I've come.

Day 6

I was involved in conversations with critics (and supporters) about what I think are some myths and the individuality of health journeys.

Day 7

I ended the week of appreciation.. I realized the platform I have been given and the responsibility I have been given.
