Week #1, 2025

Hi I 'm Ashton Hall and I 'm about to write about my journey so far through Jan 2025.

This month has been all about routines, reflection and finding new heights, so here’s a look at the weeks that gave me a real start to the year.

Week 1: Embracing the New Year

Day 1

When I wake up I always start with my routine for the year - mouth taping on the tongue and, of course, the traditional pushup. We then had our usual early morning routine - journaling and setting intentions for the year ahead.

Day 2

I incorporated the next new thing into my routine face dunks in ice water. The pleasant feeling not only left me with an energy boost, but also a feeling of a new beginning... I posted this experience with my followers later in the day, focusing on the benefits of cold exposure.

Day 3

But for the most part it was all about nutrition. I researched natural skincare benefits and came up with the weird but definitely helpful banana peel facial. That got lots of responses.

Day 4      

With the support of my community I hosted a live Q&A session about discipline and consistency and the responses reinforced my conviction that they can be shared.

Day 5

I was filming workouts and wellness advice for content. The hope with this is to give value and inspiration to others who are just starting out.

Day 6

A day of peace and reflection I set myself goals I felt aligned with my general goal for the year.

Day 7

The end of the week I went deep in spiritual podcasts to grounded myself in and get clarity in between the hustle.
